Excellent customer service, it's been a while since I last visited, but it was the same front desk clerk that I checked in with today and he remembered me. That's first class customer service.

STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP.
MAJOR RENOVATIONS FOR SOUNDPROOFING REQUIRES ASAP!!!!
There were lots of teens staying at the Hotel (Hockey and Basketball tournaments).
They were real noisy …
The hotel staff didn’t offer to change us to a more quiet part of the hotel.
What doesn’t help is that the walls are supper thin. Even my daughter makes construction paper houses that are more insulated then the walls in this hotel.

I was lucky enough to check in with the same front desk clerk as I've had the last couple of times I visited. Not only did he provide his usual excellent customer service by remembering my name, he also switched my room to the main floor, so I wouldn't have to carry my bags up the stairs. It was very much appreciated.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly -- only downsides were a loud noise from the fridge all night and no hot breakfast (but that is my fault for not confirming)

Love the location. It is on the outskirts of the city. Lots of green space to walk my dogs. Property is safe and the staff are friendly
