圣诞节当天入住，同事说是新酒店，房间设施很不错，早餐比较丰盛，样式多，开发票速度快，前台的服务不错。

酒店 23 年装修，屋内有装修味道，本来定了两天，结果受不了住了一天就退了。最大的不满意是冬天酒店竟然没有热水，本来想洗澡，放了半天一直没有热水，没洗成，第二天问前台，他们知道这事，只表示抱歉。下次不会再住了。

尊敬的宾客，您好，感谢您入住和颐至尚-大连金州鸿伟澜山轻轨站店，酒店于2022年7月开业，期间没进行过二次施工。非常遗憾没能给您带来满意的入住体验。酒店与同楼宇大泽浴桑拿浴共用热水，热水温度是有保证的，但是因为天气原因水管内热水温度较低且春节期间酒店入住宾客较少，热水需要多放些时间。此次没能给您留下完美回忆，期待下次能够全都补上（要给机会呀!)我们在努力，期待您见证！正是如您一样的客人对我们的不断关心和督促，您在入住期间有任何问题可以随时联系前台，我们24小时为您服务。祝：一切顺利！酒店总经理：Nancy Zhang。

设施：设施很好 很齐全 镜子🪞蛮大的 不错
卫生：干净卫生
环境：距离地铁站大概走700米 比较方便 在这个周围是环境很好的酒店了 很满意

酒店特别棒，出门旅游不想住市区，市区太闹睡不好，而这家酒店离轻轨又进，又安静，还是四星级酒店，再适合不过了
