Lovely hotel with a great view. Service was top notch.
The receptionist (Sam) was the best receptionist I have ever encountered, very knowledgeable and thorough, even better than my experience at Four Seasons. She gave me all the details that I needed, great recommendations for food, explained how to use the AmEx experience credit in details. Helped check reservations at restaurants and called me to provide some additional updates that I didn’t ask for, very nice of her.
Food and drinks at the lounge were decent. Breakfast was a little underwhelming though. It’s not really a restaurant. It would be nice if breakfast were held at the cafe instead.
Room was clean and had some nice touch details. The bathtub was great, right next to the bed with no glass in between. Very enjoyable to use.
The spa was great too, a little expensive, but it was good. I did use my $100 AmEx credit there to cover some of it.
Sam recommended their 海南雞飯, but I didn’t have a chance to try it during my 1-night visit, will for sure try it next time.
Oh and the view, they gave me a room upgrade to a high floor with an unobstructed view. Absolutely gorgeous and beautiful. Will 10/10 come back. Thank you, Sam!

We cannot agree more that our hotel is indeed in a perfect location to experience the spectacular view of the Victoria Harbour and scenic skyline, especially at sunrise and sunset. Additionally, we are located within walking distance with covered access to the Wan Chai and Exhibition Centre MTR stations allowing guests to stay conveniently connected with the city. Our close proximity to a plethora of local sightseeing, sounds, and tastes also makes us an ideal choice that appeals to both business and leisure travellers.
