A heartwarming stay

It was an extremely beautiful place with the view of the snow mountain too on good weather. Staff Kira was really hospitable and cheerful. She is extremely attentive to details and is always ready to offer assistance when needed. It was a wonderful and heartwarming experience.

Is a very big villa
Unfortunately, we do not have time for the hot spring as it needs to preheat 4 hours before
Btw the hotel can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain!

Recently stayed at Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, especially from the villa courtyards. The mix of traditional Naxi architecture and modern amenities gives the resort a unique charm.
The villa I stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a private outdoor soaking tub that made the stay even more relaxing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light.

Best resort in Lijiang

Excellent experience at Pullman Lijiang. Excellent facilities and very friendly staff. They have the most beautiful lake view cafe to enjoy food. The villa was very comfortable.
Special thanks to Kira who provided very warm hospitality and was always available.

Fantastic place ,very beautiful resort but need a bit of refurbishment, food are excellent, very delicious, a big thumbs up to the staff service , very helpful ,specially to Rita. We will be back ,thank you very much .
