The room itself is great, except for the bed where the bedding is thinned out and you can feel the springs of the mattress. Facilities are comprehensive and you have everything you need within the unit, location is fantastic as it is right beside Chaoyang Square but the building itself felt a little unsafe. The owner is extremely friendly and easy to speak with.

Just like the description on the Internet, it is very convenient to be close to the train station. The room is very good. The service is warm and friendly. The fly in the ointment is that the toilet is not sitting in the toilet for a long time without squatting.

Great location, in the city center, very close to the business district. Bus or subway is very convenient. The only flaw is that there is a school next to it, and the loudspeaker started at 7:00 in the morning, making me unable to sleep.
