Hotel isn’t very lively and the services there aren’t foreigners friendly. The breakfast was the worse experience than all other things. All the things were mainly a Chinese style breakfast. Didn’t even find butter and Jam. Staff was not very much aware of hospitality norms. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

The toilet has a sour smell and is isolated and not cleaned up. The front desk said there was a manager at the back who was unreasonable and said that he was not honest. He said there was no big bed and he had it again. Although the room was upgraded, there was pubic hair behind. The attitude is not good because I went to toss for two hours and the elevator was crowded. The child shirked responsibility the whole time and didn’t apologize. I accidentally got burned and asked for ice cubes. I contacted Ctrip and said no, no matter what. Ctrip complained to the supervisor. The supervisor was also very poor. I had no credit three times in a row and said I didn’t apply for compensation. Later, I said that I would definitely give me a satisfactory answer. The next day, I just quarreled with me and didn’t care about anything... The hotel It’s also very unreasonable to shirk. I’ve been walking for two hours. There’s a toilet smell in my nose. It’s disgusting, and the shit-like thing must be glue, and I went to knock on the door at midnight and kept knocking, and said I would send ice cubes. If you don’t knock, anyone else The responsibility is very unreasonable. Ctrip can't coordinate, so the attitude is blunt and very dissatisfied. I'm afraid of infectious diseases. I slept in the middle of the night and didn't rest. My clothes were not washed and I was forced to wash them. I found dead bugs.

From the moment you enter the door, you start to criticize and have a bad attitude. The order is for an economy room without breakfast. The first thing you do when you enter the room is to remove all the sheets, quilts and mattresses to find faults. I touched it, asked for compensation, asked for a free upgrade, changed rooms 4 times in a row, and finally upgraded to a luxury suite before giving up. We suggest that if you are not satisfied, you can cancel the order for free. If you don’t want to go anywhere, just stay here. If you apply to cancel the order, the front desk will contact you to go up and help get your luggage down. If you don’t come down, you just stay in the room and don’t leave. You need to charge your phone and ask your colleagues for breakfast and freshly squeezed juice! In the end, we did not agree to cancel the order. You were upset, and the next day you said that the child’s feet were crowded in the door, and that there was shit on the floor of the room. He wanted to boil water and scald his feet, and demanded compensation for various reasons! ! ! In the end, we dismissed it and then checked out and left the room in a state of disrepair! ! We have the right to demand compensation from you. We really don't want to make ourselves angry, so we don't want it either! ! ! Many of your hotels have already blacklisted you, didn’t you count them?
