One of the best hotel in Xian

I'm a Platinum member with Accor Plus and was upgraded to a suite during my stay.
Although I had to change rooms three times due to smoking odors and noise issues, the staff were exceptionally helpful and offered wholehearted support to ensure I was comfortable.
A special thanks to Miao Gao at the Club Lounge, who provided outstanding service!
She greeted us warmly every time, remembered us from our first visit, and tirelessly served us a variety of delicious food with a cheerful smile.
Despite the initial hiccups, my stay turned out to be wonderful thanks to the attentive service. Highly recommend this hotel!

Property is old and service is definitely not up to a international 5 stars standard. Location is not recommended for family who are here for holiday.

Elegant and quiet hotel

Definitely a very elegant hotel, very quiet and close to the nerve center of XI-an, the Bell Tower, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The good staff, polite and master of the English language (which is not easy to find in China). The entrance and the common areas very lavish and well maintained, the dining room maybe a little cold (a breath of hot air in the early morning was there) , on the other hand the products are of very good quality.
One point less than the maximum is due to the rooms, beautiful , with a double bed where you could sleep in four, but a little 'lack of maintenance, for example: the window could not be left open because the anchor hooks broke, safe "broken" and not usable etc. However, we had a small problem in the bathroom and in breakfast time everything was fixed. Congratulations

Good but not great

An old structure that didn’t live up to its five-star standard. The room was spacious, but signs of age had taken their toll. The staff were kind, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, as did the dinners. The hotel is conveniently located - quite near to the Bell Tower, just a twenty-minute walk away.

A nice hotel with serene surrounding. The trade-off is a short walk to the nearest metro station.
Got upsell to a jr suite upon checkin but it is a good deal with the extras in the package.
Good service from the staff too.
Overall a hassle free experience.
