3 nights stay over 2 visits.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights. Friday, September 20th to Sunday, September 22nd, then 1 night, Thursday September 26th. Pulling a roller carryon bag, along with a small bag, we walked back and forth from the bus station with relative ease. Perhaps a 20 minute walk on fairly decent sidewalks. Check ins, and check outs, went very well. Everyone we met that was working the front desk, were very friendly and helpful. . A joy to visit with. And those working the breakfast area were just as nice to us. Our room was on the 2nd floor, overlooking the Main Street, tram, and train station. It was quite noisy at times. However, with the air conditioning running, and earplugs, it was not an issue for our sleeping. We had 2 single beds, in a decent sized room. The mini fridge was nice. The room was clean, and it smelled good. The beds were comfy. Bathroom was clean, and spacious enough. The hotel is very old, but I absolutely love its charm. To me it looks very nice. The breakfast room was very nice, and spacious. The breakfast itself was wonderful. Plenty of tasty offerings, more than enough for us. The hotel is indeed centrally located, and we walked everywhere from the hotel. A great location for us tourists. I really enjoyed our stays. If the price was right once again, I would certainly stay there again.

Even not.

The location and the room I would say they can go.
As for the empathy of the staff unit to the courtesy and the way to propose (especially the breakfast staff) we just are not there.
This thing together with one of the worst coffee ever will help me forget this solution as soon as possible.
Even the vibrations of the tram despite being on the fourth floor were very strong.
Beautiful view that the room enjoyed.

central location, helpful staff, great breakfast included in price, tram stop nearby.
Sound proofing not great as noise from tram outside almost throughout night. Bathroom and shower cubicle door wont close properly
Overall, we shall stay again.

We arrived late n shop were closed.
No drinking water with us, front desk told us drink from tap as was safe. We wanted some hot water. Staff was not able to assist.
Fortunately, on the 2nd night. A lady staff was able to loan us a kettle

It is shown "Elevator" on the Expedia web. When I arrived at the hotel, I was assigned a room 503 which is on the 5th floor and the elevator only to the 4th floor, it means it should take the stairs form 4th floor to 5th floor. I am almost 78 years and it is very hard to carry luggage for the stairs. I asked to change the room to lower floor, but not got it. It was very bad.
