All right.
Apartment very nice and very well arranged.
A washing machine and dryer are available on the ground floor for residents.
Breakfast on Reservation in the evening for the next day.
We'll be right back.

Excellent value. New clean. Apart'hotel
There is air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. A balcony is present with a view of the bay of Ajaccio. We were on the 5th floor out of 7 with elevator.
The people at the hotel are all very nice and the welcome is very good.
Breakfast is served at the table. Unlimited hot drink. 2 pastries (1 chocolatine and a croissant) and buttered bread (not dirty!) and jam and apple juice and natural yogurt.
We had enough to eat and the lady offered us other pastries and apple juice.
The quality to price ratio is excellent. (We paid 147€ (4 breakfasts included).

Perfect residence for a stay in the Ajaccio area
Studio quite small but very well arranged, the terrace facing north towards the mountains is a real plus in summer.
The residence is very easy to access and quite well placed compared to Ajaccio.
A little extra would be to have a little more kitchen utensils (including a sharp knife).
