Alright

When you come to Gilbert's, don't expect superfluous luxury. Just what you need to get a good night's sleep with good bedding. We can only regret the cramped side of the collective bathroom.
Gilbert is a warm and attentive man who will help you have an excellent stay.

Bad experience

Located in the center of Bastia in an old building on the 5th floor without a lift. Very small room, full of useless objects and not too clean. Only 1 shared bathroom, old and not very clean. Parking impossible. The paid car parks did not have times compatible with the departure of the ferry. Although Mr. Gilbert is kind, he really needs to clean up his B&B. I didn't dare enter the kitchen…. I say with regret that it is to be avoided.

Notte da incubo

Scappate a gambe levate! 5° piano senza ascensore, portatili rumorossissimi che non funzionano, si muore di caldo, non si riesce a dormire 1 minuto e bagno sporco perché condiviso da troppe persone!
Spero basti per evitarvi la fregatura che ho preso io!!

Assolutamente da EVITARE!!!!!!!!!

Notte da Incubo! Contrariamente a ciò che si trova scritto nelle caratteristiche della struttura alcune cose non corrispondono. Per iniziare il televisore non c era(come invece dichiarato e quindi...pagato!)e dopo lunga discussione il proprietario l ha preso (seccato!) da una camera accanto ma SOPRATTUTTO la dichiarata aria condizionata non era altro che un piccolo condizionatore portatile con un grosso tubo per lo scarico ingombrante e SOPRATTUTTO rumorosissimo! Fatte notare le evidenti mancanze la risposta del proprietario é stata che.. per quello che si pagava potevamo anche essere soddisfatti! Assurdo!! Ovviamente.. notte insonne! Se qualcuno verificasse la presenza di ciò che una struttura dichiara.. sarebbe molto utile e onesto. MAI PIU!!!

Hôte exceptionnel !

Nous avons séjourné une nuit chez Gilbert. Sans réservation, il nous a accueilli chaleureusement même a notre heure d'arrivée tardive. La chambre est confortable, propre est joliment décorée. La salle de bains est certes étroite, mais fonctionnelle et propre ! Gilbert est un hôte plein de petites attentions et de très bon conseil si vous ne savez pas trop par ou commencer votre visite de la Corse. Double vitrage, ventilateur, petit déjeuner, bouteille d'eau fraîche dans la chambre, proximité immédiate avec le centre de Bastia, autant de bonnes raisons de vous recommander cette adresse. Je reviendrai assurément chez Gilbert lors de mon prochain passage à Bastia !
