Adjacent hotel spoils it

Have stayed here many times over the years to/from the south of France. This time the gardens and outside litter bins looked awful - long grass and overflowing bins. Coupled with what seems to be a takeover of the adjacent Premier Class hotel by immigrants, who have laundry draped all over the balconies and congregate drinking and smoking outside - a very uneasy and unpleasant atmosphere.
The rooms are up to par and staff nice, but the premier class opposite has put us off staying here ever again.

Compliant with Campanile range

Establishment where I stayed 1 night for business reasons. No surprise, in line with the Campanile range. Single room, not very large but enough for one night. Nice breakfast. No good or bad surprise.

Besides, I don't care.

We arrive with a reservation for the night from samadi31 to sunday 1st september (made on thursday ) with 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners between 19h30 and 20h.In the computer after looking no dinner and no lunches? Question: Where have they? We are not told how to dine before 8 pm. at 8 pm no seats wait on a sofa, after 20 minutes we left. The next day at breakfast, we sign the room and there is a person leaning on the front desk who tells us with a movement over the head the space of lunch and asks us if we are F1 or campanile?really if we disturb, it must be said.
After more than 20 visits to this establishment which we considered excellent, we have reviewed our assessment and hesitate to return.

In his juice!

It's like back in the '80s!
The rooms have not changed much with a minimum of refreshment.
The bed is comfortable and larger than before.
By Internet we had requested a "family" room with an extra bed. In the offer 2 bedrooms for 3 were offered with exactly the same features as the surface. But not at the same Award. By phone we asked this Pension directly what the differences were. The attendant told us he did not know because it was an “Internet Award”. Passons.
In reality the room of 3 has exactly the same surface area as that for 2.
The extra bed is to be extracted from under the main bed! You have to turn it over and unfold your feet. Super convenient.
Because this third bed is glued to the bed for 2 people, the passage to the bathroom is reduced to 30 cm.
The bathroom is still equipped with an old bathtub...
Regarding parking a corner is likened to a public landfill.
The Breakfast buffet is very similar to the Ibis but more expensive.
We're not coming back.
