This hotel has the perfect location in Nice, steps from the Promenade des Anglais, a short walk to Old Niece, and a 15-minute walk or so to/from the train station.
The receptionist also gave the perfect recommendations for where to eat, the best bakeries, and how to plan our stay around the attractions that we have especially wanted to see.
We also enjoyed having breakfast outdoors on the terrace on the upper level. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We would happily stay here again in Nice!

Nice location but VERY noisy - not only outside, especially rooms at the first floor like ours - but also through wall: we can tell you exactly what our neighbours at the 107 did and said until they went to sleep.
I also did appreciate at all not being offered the option to pay AT THE END of our stay. I should have refused when the receptionist asked me to pay right during the check in

Was close to everything, while being nice and cheap.
A little bit too close maybe. The surrounding area was noisy at night and sometimes woke me up. Luckily, I found earplugs.

The hotel was ideally located, very close to restaurants, shops, bars and the local market and only a short walk to the promenade des anglais.
Staff were all very welcoming and friendly.
The hotel itself was a bit run down/dark with the room we were in in need of a freshen up.We were only ready in the hotel to sleep so it was fine for that. Housekeeping came in every day though and did a great job.
