Business traveler leaning hotel with the essentials and great access to public transportation.

Incapable receptionists and/or miserable processes
And in the end, the invoice amount was even higher than in the booking confirmation. It was probably the City Tax that didn't show up in the booking confirmation. But certainly not all of a sudden.
Room was ok, analogous to the standard in this price range ww.

Receptionist Mega Unfriendly and Unprofessional
My husband and I were looking forward to a nice weekend in Berlin. Since we very rarely get to take a vacation, it should be especially nice .
Unfortunately, a receptionist took away all the anticipation.
We have never seen such a disrespectful and unprofessional staff.
He has to pay us the bill immediately on arrival.
The one we asked about why immediately?
We maybe wanted to have a drink on the roof terrace and have breakfast tomorrow and that's usual to pay on arrival.did he reply patty that he said that and so decided.
Customer is King does not exist here unfortunately.
The best thing is when leaving a nice colleague told us that he told the complete conversation differently.
We will never book the hotel again after this experience.
Friendliness is the be-all and end-all in the business
We never felt as bad as in this hotel unfortunately.
