Great location for Messe, fabulous staff and fresh waffle for breakfast!

Friendly, most helpful reception staff- shoutout to morning shift Alex and evening shift ladies on Xmas Day. Room is thoughtfully designed with a ton of outlets and most amenities except mini fridge (which is strange since it does have room for it). Location v convenient to Messe and Skyline Mall. Three points for consideration: minifridge in room please, housekeeping staff should definitely get better vacuums (litter and nailclippings on floor hidden by curtains) and if in house dining only available for breakfast, a common use microwave in the unused dining area post breakfast for visitor use. Breakfast variety is very good and love the waffle irons :)

Poor hygiene.

I'm worried about hygiene.
The building looked new and the front desk was cleaned. However, as soon as he entered the room, there was a bug on the wall. I had no choice but to kill him with a tissue, but when I went around the futon in the morning of check-out, I was horrified to find a bug on my bed.
The towels also smelled like they had been washed with kitchen utensils.
I'm going to have a whole range of amenities, but when I looked closer, the body soap container was empty. I asked the front desk to look for it, but they couldn't find it and it was over with Sorry. When the cleaning came in the next day, the body soap had not been refilled.
The front desk staff were smiley and kind, but overall it was a shame and I don't think I'll ever stay again.

Awful stay at hilton

No bottle of water in the rooms. They sell it for €3.50 which is ridiculous, I am medically not allowed to drink tap water. No amenity kits, very high pet fee, no slippers. Towels are super old and smelly, they literally leave old towel smell on your body. Pillows are super old. Many of the Hiltons are old, but they always make up for it with the services. No juice at breakfast. We paid £121 for a ridiculous 11 hours stay and I regret every penny. When we wanted to check out, there was no staff members at the lobby, I had to go find the 3 giggling staff members at the breakfast area to tell them we wanted to check out and the rude one simply ignored me. Like never again.

The location is perfect and the staff are helpful. However the room was small for 3 adults, although it was a recommended room for 3. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Check-in and check-out processes were easy and quick. All team members were always helpful, friendly and understanding. Breakfast had good hot and cold selection and was enough alternatives.
