Prima Hotel in a convenient location

Small individual hotel. Friendly reception open from 7am to 11pm.
Conveniently located to the office town Niederrad, university hospital, stadium, short walk to the regional train station and cheap tram to the city center.
Room functionally furnished, clean and courtyard nice view of the neighborhood.
Depending on the wind, you can see and hear the aircraft approaching or departing.
Prices vary greatly, especially during trade fair times. Relatively small parking speaks for timely reservation.

9 minutes walk from train station. And 7 minutes to get to airport. Tv. Nice shower. Go9d price. Perfect for one night

It's overall good but staff is not there at night as they close and they will leave a paper to call a number so if you do not have accessibility to call a German number in order to tell you for the PIN of the lock box to get your key, you won't be able to get in at there at the closure time. They must be sending the pin of the locker box through mail as instructed.
Also the room i had, the bed was narrow and the cover width also is a same as the bed which is also short. Other than that room is small but tidy and clean
Water was there in the fridge but it's paid not for free

Very clean hotel , smart rooms, car park is limited , street parking nearby busy, no 24hour desk ( shame) but effective key safe system

Right by a tram that takes you to the core. Rooms exactly what you expect for a 3 star. Practical with firm beds just enough room to turn around in and that's about it. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a simple affair with a few meats and cheeses and toast but did the job if you aren't looking for fancy.
