Great, nothing to say
Excellent cleaning.
Location 2 steps from the sea and downtown.
Nice garden and convenient parking.
Nothing to say, it is a 2 star but has nothing to envy to a 3 star.
Maybe you could improve your breakfast a little bit with some extra yogurt and some cheese. Excellent focaccia and homemade cakes.
There's no elevator, but it's no big deal.

Fine for budget vacations
Do not book a beach in advance with the booking of this hotel!!! They will charge you even if you will not come. There are 3 free beaches nearby: 400 - 850 m, small but it is possible to use. Almost all the private beaches in Alassio has available seats even during the highest season.

Great accomodation and treated like old friends
Stefano and Nicole welcomed us like old friends.
Everyone we met there was friendly .
Our room, breakfast and room service were all excellent.
Looking forward to returning next year.
