Absolutely inadequate, more appearance than his, totally overpriced
It's actually more appearance than his! Promises or commitments are lured in, but then they do not apply. If you are looking for a lonely, boring holiday, with a considerable steep mountain climb (both on foot and by car), a 40-minute walk to get to the center or a grocery store and want to make total compromises on the furnishings, this is the place. Especially the lower lodges are worn out, seem cold and sterile, you have to look for a socket, since there is almost no such thing as a “fully equipped kitchen”, the touted “fully equipped kitchen” is a joke, as is the entire decor. Blige furniture that was somehow put together. The kitchen equipment...ridiculous. For a lodge with 5 people, for example, there are only 2 wine glasses and 2 champagne glasses each, dishes far too few, there is simply a lack of everything. The fountain described at one of the lodges turned out to be a small column of water with a tap.
The “absolute tranquility” is also not right, as you do not have separate access to each lodge, so you always have to pass directly by the next one.
The garages are not suitable for large cars, here you should allow several minutes shunting time.
Incidentally, on arrival you will be immediately “robbed” with the payment, probably for fear that you will back off on a longer and closer visit.
All in all, a very disappointing accommodation that is not recommended!

More appearance than substance
Starting with the obvious, the room sizes of the deluxe apartments are advertised as 140 m², but in reality they are less than 70 m². The terrace and roof terrace are probably generously included as living space. The apartments are advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen: the fact was that apartment number six did not have a dishwasher when we arrived. Much worse at that time was that the air conditioning in the main room did not work at all and only worked moderately in the two bedrooms. To compensate for this, we were given a mobile air conditioning unit in the living/dining room, but at 36° and with the balcony door open, that was a joke. The thing was also so loud that it was impossible to sleep in it at night. Although the air conditioning had been broken for several weeks, a repair/replacement was completely ignored because a spare part was supposedly not currently available.
The apartment was mediocrely clean when we moved in, and under the sofa bed in the kitchen there was fluff from over three weeks ago. In the master bedroom, the bedside table shelf was half broken off and completely torn out on the other side and no longer existed. The advertised double bed in the second bedroom turned out to be a squeaky, uncomfortable pull-out couch. Although it was clearly announced that we were coming with five people, the sofa bed in the living/dining room was not made up. We were very casually shown the things in the cupboard and told that we could make it ourselves.
After we complained about the missing dishwasher, a dishwasher was installed on the second day, but the oven was removed. Instead, we had to leave the dishwasher on the balcony for two days and then the oven, in addition to the 3 hours that the repairman had to spend in our apartment during our stay. The best thing was that the dishwasher was also old, used and dirty.
A new system also suggests new kitchen furniture, but unfortunately this is not the case either. The kitchen furniture is clearly several years old and was taken from another facility and reassembled. The door of one of the kitchen cupboards almost came towards you every time you opened it, the sink is old and covered in stains. The fridge feels like a pre-war model and the freezer is so worn and old that the second compartment was unusable. The kitchen equipment in terms of crockery and cutlery is minimal, we only had four items at one point and had to complain about that too.
In many places the facility still looks like it is still under construction. An employee only came every few days to check that everything was OK, but did not do any maintenance or tidying up. The facility is largely left to itself.
The only positive thing is the beautiful view of Lake Garda! But it is not worth all that money.
