A great hotel in perfect location

Great hotel , great location, friendly staff, good breakfast selection . Rooms are very large with comfortable beds and the bathroom was huge. We had a lovely stay here , I really could find nothing wrong with it , it was also very warm which to me is important

Weekend in Palermo

I don't think it deserves 4 stars. It is definitely clean and in a great location but the finishes of the room and breakfast are very very medium... plus the bed was not well made: no mattress cover (we noticed because the sheet was tiny and part of the mattress was uncovered) and the duvet cover was open and on the contrary. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

48hrs in Palermo

Lovely central location in Palermo. Stayed 2 nights before heading onwards in Sicily. Had a lovely tour guide Alessandra who took us to Momdello Beach for half a day and then on a tour of Palermo. Saw all the main sights, did a bit of shopping. Hotel itself was ideal for our needs. Good breakfast buffet. Our family room was very big, clean and comfortable.

Winter stay in the center in Palermo

Large triple room, noisy air conditioning (also serves as heat pump) breakfast not satisfactory. Comfortable beds, great location and if you book the garage efficient. Overall we were fine, very kind staff.

Four stars ????!!!

The building is prestigious but the bafflement comes immediately because you enter the hotel walking on a small corridor with steps that leads to a basement where there is the reception , two small sitting rooms , the bar and the breakfast rooms . The rooms are sufficient in the environments although with few spaces to allocate clothing. The bathroom is large enough and comfortable. The downsides? The bed with overflowing mattress compared to the structure, was not equipped with protection but only covered with a single undersheet of reduced size so that during the night it curled up on itself. The bed also had a light synthetic duvet without a cover bag also small so : either covered the lower or upper body. Breakfast just enough for quality and products offered. Worth mentioning is the attempt to offer orange juice to guests by equipping them with a rudimentary manual juicer. Experiment lasted two days and then ceased. We have never experienced the bar service always closed . The cleaning of the rooms is not accurate and the heating is noisy at night. The only advantage is being in an area well connected to public and central services.
Frankly, we cannot understand how a 4-star hotel can be rated!
