Very nice
We stayed at this lovely Boutique hotel on New Year's Eve.
Tastefully decorated room, structure and a journey into history, wonderful lounges.
All well-kept and extremely kind and professional staff. Hearty breakfast and with local products. The chocolates with accompanying ticket, which we found in the evening, a really nice idea to pamper the customer.

Ci fa molto piacere che abbia trovato tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e che il nostro personale sia stato gentile e professionale. Siamo lieti che la colazione con prodotti locali sia stata di suo gradimento e che il piccolo gesto del cioccolatino con il biglietto di accompagnamento le sia piaciuto.

We're glad to know that you found the superior room comfortable, especially the bed and the quality of the linens and toiletries. We are sorry to hear that the view from your room did not meet your expectations. Usually, our rooms with a view are the most requested by our guests.
It's wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the rooftop drink, as well as the stellar breakfast served in our beautiful baroque room.
We would like to clarify that our steam bath was functioning perfectly, and our maintenance team did not report any issues. We suspect that the door might have been left open during your use, which could have affected the temperature.
