Nice apartment hotel with room for improvement
The gym (24/7) is very well equipped (5 endurance machines from Technogym, 2-3 machines, dumbbells, balls etc.), but small. Therefore, quotas are also applied, i.e. you have to reserve a time slot as in corona times. There is also a spa (a small blubber bath) but we did not use it. Also the breakfast
We didn't like the service. The (young) people at the reception were nice, but apparently the arrangements between them did not work so well, so we had to follow up on the bill several times at the end (where overnight another 13 coffees were added to the bill for 9 euros and were also debited from the credit card, very strange).
It's just a busy activity there at the reception and people come/go.
Our conclusion:
- Beautiful hotel with spacious apartments, albeit a bit remote, but quiet
- well-equipped gym
- Kitchen use needs some preparation or purchases at the beginning
- Service with potential to increase

We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed our spacious and quiet Superior Suite with two bedrooms on the 7th floor, as well as the convenient location near the Parco Valentino and the Po River. We understand that our location is a bit outside the historical city center, but we strive to provide easy access to public transportation and are pleased that the bus stop in front of the hotel made it convenient for you to reach the city center in 13 minutes.
Regarding the kitchen "starter kit," we offer a Kit Residence that can be purchased for € 5. This kit includes dish soap and sponge, dishwasher and washing machine detergent.
We're glad you found our 24/7 fitness room well-equipped and that you were able to make use of it. We understand the need for time slot reservations and appreciate your understanding in this matter. We hope you were able to enjoy our spa facilities as well.
We sincerely apologize for the service issues at reception, especially regarding the discrepancies in your final bill. We recently transitioned to a new system, and the error may be related to this. We're thoroughly investigating to understand what happened and prevent similar errors. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Nice discovery
We enjoyed the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and the helpful staff, always ready to assist with courtesy. Breakfast is varied and quality, although some suggest an improvement in hot food options.
The location of the hotel is strategic, a short distance from the main tourist attractions and well served by public transport. For those who want to relax, the hotel has a spa with jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath, ideal for regenerating after a day of sightseeing.
In conclusion, the DUPARC Contemporary Suites is an excellent choice for those seeking elegance, comfort and high quality service during their stay in Turin.
