I would most definitely stay again.

My room was perfect. The bed was a double, but huge. Wonderful mattress – hard, but not too hard. The room was absolutely spotless. There was a fridge and a safe. No kettle or coffee maker, but I knew that anyway. The bathroom was clean. There were lots of little extras – soap, shampoo, toothbrush, tissues, etc. Breakfast was a help yourself setting. There was fresh fruit (bananas, peaches, apricots), various pastries, different flavoured yogurts, cereals, and fruit juices. The coffee was excellent. The B&B is in a street with other houses. There are a few restaurants within walking distance – I went to an excellent one the owner recommended. The accommodation is a good ten minutes or more from the station, but it's an easy walk.

Like a quiet hotel room.

WONDERFUL!!
The attention and cleanliness of 10.
The room like a hotel, the bathroom with all the necessary courtesy products, correct breakfast, the amount you want.
When it comes to Venice, which is very complicated, the location is very good since the bus/tram stop is a 5-minute walk away and then in 20 minutes of travel you are in the best of Venice.
Cinzia took care of informing us of all this quickly and clearly.

Great location

It is one of the most beautiful places. We stay for 2 nights in august. The rooms are big , very clean and quiet.The italian breakfast was good. The bus station is 500 meters and near the station you can buy tickets. The guest Paolo and Cinzia are very kindly and warm persones. Thanks for all Paolo and Cinzia. Amazing place!

Paolo hosted us with love and caring. He made sure we had the best time. The room was super clean, comfortable and pleasent. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you very much we will visit hete again ❤⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fabulous stay!

We stayed here for a week, and it was fabulous, The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and they provided wonderful hospitality. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, air conditioned and very clean too! We had our own little balcony to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine or two! This B & B is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, and it was great to come back to an oasis of calm after spending the day in hectic Venice. You can catch a bus just around the corner into Venice, which takes about 15 minutes. We'd definitely recommend this B & B, and we may even return ourselves some day! Thank you Paolo & Cinzia!
