We seek staff education as a customer service business

Someone else wrote about it.... I told them when I checked in and asked for directions from the station, as it was hard to tell where they were and I was lost by the time I arrived. If you’re in a hotel that offers thoughtful service, this is the scene where you’ll get a one-word apology for getting your guests lost and anxious. But without any of those words or attitudes, not only is it a shortcut from the hotel to the station? The explanation was also very unkind and seemed to me to be a waste of effort.
Even if the location is difficult to understand, the impression is completely different if there is a more detailed explanation on the website or information from the station, or if there is a sincere response at the front desk. I doubt their attitude as a hospitality business.

The room is clean, but no cleaning service unless you pay. The room is small. The public bath is not hot spring. It is like hot water swimming pool.

I recently stayed at Hotel Resol Trinity Naha in Okinawa, and it was a truly enjoyable experience.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable.
One highlight was onsen. The onsen was exceptional and added to the overall experience.
I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Okinawa, whether for business or leisure. I hope to return again in the future!

The location is great. It right in the middle of things we need but super quiet and hotel is super efficient, design and arrangement are perfect for us to explore Okinawa. We stayed there 4 days.
