Nice hotel, unfortunately a bit old.
As soon as you enter the hotel, you notice that the care is missing. The can covers of the Christmas tree lights are on the floor, and the exposed cables are an unsightly sight. In the foyer, the carpet looks worn and dirty. The stair lighting now works only sporadically, in about 40% of cases. The risk of slipping signs, simply remain standing throughout, which leaves an unprofessional impression. Overall, everything seems very loveless and little maintained.
The room we knew from previous stays still has a modern and smart decor. The beds are comfortable, and the laundry is clean. But here too, the ravages of time have not passed without a trace. The "chandelier" is unfortunately dusty, and one arm is missing, causing it to hang askew. Greasy handprints are visible on the walls. The TV has also had its best years, and HD quality remains an unfulfilled expectation. The iPhone dock on the bedside table was a good idea in its day, but the 32-pin connector hasn't existed for years – maybe Bluetooth would be a future-oriented alternative.
In the bathroom you can also feel the decay. The whirlpool bath has a missing nozzle, and the red paint marks are unaesthetic. The theft-proof liquid soap is unfortunately attached so far away from the sink that you leave quite a mess when used.
Another drawback is the empty minibar.
Breakfast also takes place in the hotel across the street, but here too we were disappointed. The choice was extremely limited and average. A small note to management: Placing the coffee machines in the middle of the buffet leads to a queue and blocks access to the rest of the buffet for the other guests.
Conclusion: The hotel was once a beautiful place that stood out for its special facilities and atmosphere. Today, unfortunately, it seems as if it is suffering from the challenges of poor management and financial constraints. We hope this changes because this hotel has the potential to become a great experience again.

Big expextations not fulfilled this time
The room was not prepared for 3 people (missing bathrobe, towels, sleepers), it was cold with limited adjustment in the heating system and the auxiliary bed had no blanket at all. When we tried to call the reception the phones did not work and when the room service came, the person only brought from linen but not blankets.
The breakfast was crowded, and despite your team tried to refill it soon, many basic things were missed: small spoons for example.
Very disappointed.
