This is my 3rd time at Bayview Hotel and I'm glad I returned again as it's ideally located, budget-friendly, rooms are big, wifi is strong, ample secured parking, reception staff is helpful and friendly, while maid service is efficient. Their breakfast though quite good, could have been improved by way of service. I realised that this time, their staff isn't as attentive as they used to be. I have a knee injury and currently using a cane. One morning during breakfast, I politely asked a service lady to kindly provide me some napkins plus forks and knives as the table was bare. Usually they set up the tables for the next guests. She merely said "There are provisions at the buffet. You can get it yourself." Not a very courteous way to treat a guest! In addition, it is completely annoying to be asked during meals every 5-10min by the staff if they can takeaway already something from the table. Once, a lady staff almost tookaway my sister's plate even before she was done eating. They must be trained that it is disrespectful to incessantly approach the guests so very often! We must be allowed to eat in silence, enjoy our meal without intrusion!

EXCELLENT HOTEL FOR STAYCATION...
Bayview Hotel St. Hotels.. in the Island of Malta...probably the property is so much precious..overlooking by beautiful spot if an Ocean View...Spacious bed was great..clean smoothie and well maintained daily..bathroom floor is unique..a marble floor style..hotel provided all you needs..and it was a rooftop pool.. you can walk all surrounding by St. Hotels ..to see how beauty are there...very interesting!! Quiet and calming ..the indoor anduotdoor pool was great.. with complete facilities & amenities. Are so greatful too ! Foods offer. a free breakfast.and buffet also for extra charge..the restsurant.. at the poolside bar..you can eat and snack if your feel hungry..very delicious and selection foods are there and great drinks for mouth watery...Bayview hotel located a 15- minute walk from Sliema town centre....
Difinitely..very atmosphere area ...ver hospitable staff is greatful..and pretty..

Great views, shame about the traffic noise.

The hotel is situated on the waterfront at Sliema and the front rooms benefit from the fantastic view across to Valletta.
However they are very noisy as the road is extremely busy with lots of bars/cafes. Their live music usually stops about 11 but the road traffic doesn’t until about midnight and then starts up about 5.30! Take some earplugs.

Great location and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a limited sea view room which was very roomy however was quite noisy from the road at night.
We planned on using the indoor pool and jacuzzi but these were both dirty with murky water

Unexpected Malta

Hotel in a really strategic point, many buses right in front (absolutely take advantage of the public transport card, in two days you pay for it), the strengths however do not end here, the hotel is on "STRAND" a fantastic seafront full of restaurants (the choice is endless but they are quite small) are all of a good standard but I really enjoyed the "GRANA" (look for it on the GPS, it will be two minutes walk from the hotel) breakfast is as usual very varied, we are on an island dominated for a long time by the British, a special thanks goes to the supervisor Edwin, a unique sympathy really, (it is worth the breakfast just to be greeted by him) to finish I must say that Malta gave me more than I expected
