Decent hotel a few KM from the Medina with a pool

Decent 3 star in a reasonable distance from the Medina (3km). Rooms are decent, comfortable beds, relatively quiet. There was construction during our stay, lots of updates that Will make it even better. It does take a while to get hot water. There is a pool and court yard area. Staff are friendly.

Nice hotel, great location and helpful staff.

Great location matched by great staff.
We arrived to be greeted by very helpful staff. The hotel is in a good location 20 mins walk to Jardin Majorelle and a little more to the main Jemaa-El-Fnaa Square. The room was good very clean but a little dated but still nice. The staff were great all around the hotel. There’s a row of little shops overlooking the lovely pool. These sold some little souvenirs.
Breakfast was great with local pastries and breads.
The hotel ambiance was nice and a little bar served Casalanca
Beer which was nice to have sat in the sun.
The first night we walked around the corner to PointBar which was excellent. The hotel
Is in a good location for cafes and shops. If you like to get out on foot and look at the city it’s ideal. Marrakesh has a busy, vibrant yet safe feel to it. We loved the place and the hotel stay just added to our enjoyment last weekend. Well done to all the staff.

Terrible experience. Cold showers, brown and black water from taps, a broken sink, and unreliable Wi-Fi. Moved rooms twice, but conditions only got worse.Had to leave to another place, pool water is also freezing cold. Avoid this hotel.

Great experience again

This is our 7th stay at this hotel over the years and just gets better.
Given a lovely room overlooking pool area.
Staff always friendly and helpful, a special mention to Ou maima on reception, who always had a smile and kind word.
We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Good experience

Great hotel for that money
Also don't get why some complain about this hotel
Then grab an expensive hotel if you suffer from ........ nice hilton or van der valk books !!!
Tis a quiet hotel well located close to center marakesh....nice walking distance and if you don't want to walk you take the bus for 80 cents to center
