The place to be

The place is ideal for friends who wants to stay for a couple of days in Baler aurora, the staff are all nice they will guide you to the place you want to visit. Very accommodating and they give us some freebies during the time we stay. For me this place is cool.

Terrible!!

Constant shortage of water! On and off power supply. No lights. Cocroach in room. Leak on ceiling when it rained. No tv. Stayed for two nights, they did not change our towels. Frog in their pool. Staffs would randomly enter room without knocking!

Just okay..

We were group of 8 and we stayed in this resort since the resort in Sabang area were all fully booked.. we stayed in a room which has living room and a 2nd floor which is where the bedroom is located. Our room has 3 double beds on it. 2 Bathrooms, we felt like the room was not occupied for some time now since the bathroom was a little bit dirty. The resort is far away from the Sabang area so it was really quiet when we stayed here. We had to ride the hotel's free tricycle ride in order to go to Sabang for our lunch, breakfast, etc.. surfing too! The staffs are good and very attentive too if you needed something. The waves in the beach area since the resort is beach front is way much better than the one in Sabang area but this is not for beginners like me!

Stay away ! Mosquitoes are all over!!!

My partner and I stayed in this place last Easter and it's a rip-off. This is a very useless place. On a peak season, we found ourselves the only ones who booked. We were the only guests in the resort. This place is distant from the other resorts/motels. You have to ride a tricycle to get to town. We booked the hut style room but the room was full of mosquitoes, the crew has to spray upon our check-in. The tap and shower in the bathroom were not working and and there was no water, We ended up moving into another room. They said they have upgraded us but the room was as terrible. The room has TV but there was no reception. Because this place is far from town, we thought of having lunch here but to our dismay, you can't order because there was no stock available. We ended up walking a kilometer to Costa pacifica to get decent lunch. That guy from the resort, Joel , did not refund my over-payment from booking. He overcharged our accommodation. In fairness, the only good thing about this place is the beach in front, because the waves here is better than the ones in the Costa Pacifica. if you are after the much better waves, then this place is for you. Just dont forget to put on insect repellent and bring your patience with you.
