Great staff and cleanliness

We arrived by chance because of a breakdown in our car. The hotel is great value for money. All very clean and new. The best treatment and help from receptionist Andrea and also Pedro. They helped us in everything even in translating us when talking to the different services we contract.

Ugly black mold in the bedroom around the window and on ceiling close to window

Ugly black mold around the window and on the ceiling in the bedroom and even uglier mold in the bathroom. Unprofessional unwelcoming reception. Tiny room. Dirty, dusty with damaged walls (scratches). Bad sewage smell in the bathroom. Disgusting. Never again.

Ugly black mold/mould not only in the bathroom, but also in the tiny room itself. We requested another room. The second room was also moldy (both bathroom and room itself) and the the third room also contaminated with disgusting black mold around the window. The health risks are significant as the mold is in the room itself and the contamination heavy. See pictures. Never again.

Good hotel, value for money.

Good value for money . Pleasant hotel near the basilica. Good XXL bedding..spacious bathroom. Air conditioner . own . Good breakfast . negative point: no parking. We go there regularly and will return. Satisfied.

Perfect!

This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Santa Isabel when I have visited Fatima. I have loved each visit! The proximity to the Sanctuary is wonderful, and the Reception desk is open until 11 at night, which is ideal as the procession ends about 10:45. The staff. Ana Julia, Andreia, Joao and Emmanuel could not be more welcoming, kind and helpful. My room (403) offered a beautiful view of the cathedral lit at night. There is a wonderful Bio food shop called Tonsai quite close to the sanctuary. My room has been impeccably clean each time, and there are extra blankets, which I appreciate. Hotel Santa Isabel really is a wonderful place to stay while enjoying the richness of Fatima. I am looking forward to my next visit already!
