Good hotel, handy if travelling by train

Handy if you are travelling to and from Caransebeș by rail as it is only 10 minutes walk. Not so handy for the town centre. This hotel is quite modern. Rooms clean, good condition and size. Good value for money. WiFi worked well.
Only dissapointment was the hotel restaurant. Food not that brilliant. Didn't get given a drinks list. As a solo traveller, I didn't want to have a full size bottle of wine - not by the glass or smaller container. Poor selection of beers.

We stayed for one night and it was everything we expected at a reasonable price. Double room with good breakfast and coffee included, at 200 ron, les than £ 40. The room was big enough and the bed was very comfy. The big plus was the terrace were we stayed till late with friends. It is outside of Caransebeș but, minutes drive away. The personnel was great. Next time when I'm in the area, I will definitely stay again.

Terrible

We have reserved the room from an agency. When we got there around 8:30 PM, we try checking in but no one at the reception, we found a waiter that call the " owner " and he gave us the key. They were having a wedding, they didn't announced us about this ( they had loud music, we had to sleep with the window closed in August) and they were low on staff.
The room was very little, the carpet was dirty ( too disgusted to take a picture) the bathroom was tiny, they had empty amnenities kits displayed ( the shower cap ).
We also had the breakfast included but there was nobody to serve it around 8:30. We also when we tried to checkout the was no one there !!! we asked a cleaning lady what we can do, she said 'leave the key on the desk".
They had parking on the property but we had to park far away for the place because the guest from the wedding occupied all the parking space.
Never going there again! They are over priced for what they offer ( 156 Ron)

Nice place to stay

We stayed there for 3 nights.
Good:
- Nice room [8]
- Terrace
- Clean
- Quite
- Breakfast included
- Good food at the restaurant
- Nice lobby area for relaxing with big couches
Bad:
- Broken gasket at the shower and a lot of water forming a puddle
- gives you only 1 key!
- you need a car, because is not really in the city; is more close to the outside of the city
