Brilliant hotel. Owner is charming.

I had a refurbished room which was brilliant. Owner is charming. Staff in bar / restaurant less so. Rooms spacious and very comfortable. Aircon great for this time of year ! Great night's sleep and lovely shower in the morning. Spotlessly clean.

I hope for improvements

It's not bad for a beer. For a horrible dinner, a poorly fried 19 euro squid tip, a goat cheese salad with almost non-existent bacon and earthy goat cheese and an aged cheese that could pass for semi-cured. It's a shame that such a great place has such terrible cuisine.

Unbeatable stay and exquisite treatment!!

I loved being at Venta Del Sol. I was there for 5 days for work reasons, my husband was there on another occasion and it was great too. The unbeatable treatment, Mari Carmen, a heavenly woman, very kind and friendly. As soon as I arrived, he gave me a room with a double bed (I had booked a single, I was alone) and it was a nice touch on his part. I really liked the room, and everything was very clean and smelled great. Very attentive to me at all times and even let me leave on the last day a few hours late due to my work, something that not everyone does.
We will return without a doubt.

The bar and restaurant were closed our 1st night but found a fantastic bar Sevillano around the corner. Well worth the find as we used it also for breakfast rather than the hostel.
No lift and bath with shower over is high making the hostel not suitable for the elderly.
