OK choice

I was going to write this off as Premium Mediocre in Spades but the breakfast buffet was really impressive. I mean, yeah, premium mediocre, ticking all the boxes but there are a lot of boxes even at a breakfast buffet. But the staff at the desk just seem a little perfunctory, that's all. The previous night we'd been at the Only YOU in Sevilla, where they really gush over you. I have no complaints about any aspect of the room experience. We chose it based on price and a place to park a rental car. By the way, when leaving, make sure your map app doesn't send you the wrong way on the one way street fronting the hotel. ALSO, the outside is brutalism at its least imaginative. Come on, guys, you are a resort chain, put in some damn palm fronds or something.

Definitely coming back

Can’t fault this beautiful hotel and the staff can’t do enough for you, the room is really big and the bed is so comfy. It was my partners birthday and they left him a lovely cake which was really sweet of them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

A bit off patch for old granada but great value for a lovely hotel.

This hotel is close to the ring road but but noise is not an issue. It is a little off patch for the historic centre of Granada, but it is still walkable. Modern hotel with delightful staff. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. In-house restaurant was good but plenty of other options in the vicinity .

Our second time at this hotel and cannot fault the experience at all. The staff are excellent, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast is great. Add to this an excellent location with parking for a super price and I really don't know how it can be beaten. We'll definitely return.

Very nice hotel kept immaculately clean. The room was sizeable and the bed was very comfortable.
Also the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help you.
