Palma Experience..
The Hotel could not do enough for us, we stayed from the 2nd to the 5th march and from the moment we checked in the staff were both friendly and polite..
We left some birthday cards in our room and that night a bottle of cava and a cake was in our room and a message from management saying enjoy the day.. fabulous!!
The hotel was quiet for the time of year but the bar was open in the pool area..
The breakfast was great too, something for everyone.
Could not fault this hotel for location and transportation..

Great stay
All areas of the hotel were clean, fresh and modern. The restaurant is bright and spacious. We only ate here for breakfast which was good with plenty of choice - it even included bucks fizz if you fancied it!
The location worked well for us, however may not suit if you're after a more lively area ....there were bar/restaurants but not that many and most were shut as it's too early in the season. A 15 minute walk took us to the cathedral and old town. Getting around the island was simple using the buses ...from very near the hotel.
The only negative for us was the work going on at the marina. We knew there was building work opposite the hotel (which was fine even if they did start very early!) But didn't realise this work was along the whole (2 miles) of the marina - the road is completely closed off opposite the hotel which meant an evening walk looking at the boats couldn't happen....not the end of the world but would have been nice.
Would stay here again...hopefully when the work is completed!

Once and never again
Floor in the room in never really clean
Bathtub very dingy in general staff not really friendly

At the bar prices for a friend's beer an evening 6 € next 7 €
