The hotel was a good option for an overnight stay during a long drive down the E4. Nothing fancy but a solid option with all the basic amenities. The breakfast was good. We had one of requests forgotten, but the staff stood up to that to everyone’s satisfaction.

Like: the rooms are very very clean, the best bed ever (Swedish funitures) I slept, good breakfast, friendly staffs
Sundsvall is the most beautiful city in Sweden!

Very nice. Spacious room with own bathroom, next to common kitchen so we could leave fridge-stuff there. Tv had only 3 channels but wifi worked fine so could watch Netflix etc. Free parking. Breakfast basic but fine. Nice surroundings, took a little walk in the neighbourhood. Didn't go into the city this time. Friendly staff. Peaceful and quiet in the corridors. Table-tennis board was a little crooked and the balls were bad, didn't bounce how they're supposed to.

Feel Happiness, Calmness! Anna, Marion, Malin, Stina at reception are awesome so are the housekeeping, Lady in kitchen and other individuals in kitchen.
It's a whole package and each individual add to your customer journey.
They listen, support and are always smiling.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. All areas in hotel are maintained well.
