Great hotel

Excellent hotel, very good service, very good staff and friendly. The breakfast room is beautiful and the food is delicious. The rooms are slightly small but beautiful and clean. Centrally located, it''s conveniently accessible. Greetings to the front desk and front desk staff, Mr. Hakan, and Mrs. Sena.

Terrible experience-An awful experience

I purchased a breakfast buffet for 2 people from this hotel for £400 per person through a discount site 2 days ago. Today, 12/8/2024, my mother and I went to breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast spread was low, there was definitely not as much variety as the Antalya hotels, but the produce was fresh and hearty. The approach from the server and hotel management made me sad. While our breakfast was about to end, a server came to me and said, “The hotel management doesn’t want out-of-the-go customers to have breakfast, they just want to have breakfast to those staying at the hotel, so they’ve raised the 400 lira fee to 800 liras.” I noticed it when I visited the site the day before and was planning not to have breakfast at this hotel again. Because again, even at another 5-star hotel on the discount site, when breakfast buffet costs £750 per person, why pay £800 to the 4-star hotel? In short, I was very annoyed to hear that we were not asked by hotel management while we were still having breakfast. I've been a lecturer for 25 years, and my mother is a 65-year-old. Neither of us is the person to make the slightest distaste. I will never visit this hotel again due to this unfair treatment. Everything is fine and pleasant, ask hotel management: If you don’t want external customers, why not terminate your deal with the discount site? So we're NOT LOTED!!!
I purchased a 2-person buffet breakfast for 400 TL from a discount website two days ago. Today, on December 8, 2024, my mother and I went to the hotel for breakfast. While the food was fresh and satisfying, the variety was limited compared to other hotels in Antalya. What really bothered me was the attitude of the waiter and the hotel management. As we were finishing our breakfast, a waiter approached me and said that the hotel management didn't want any external customers who didn't sleep in this hotel for breakfast and that they had increased the price from 400 TL to 800 TL. I had noticed this change on the website the day before and had already decided not to come to this hotel for breakfast again. After all, why would I pay 800 TL for breakfast at a 4-star hotel when I could get a buffet breakfast at a 5-star hotel for only 750 TL on the same discount website? To be honest, hearing that we were not welcome while we were still enjoying our breakfast made me feel very uncomfortable and insulted. I have been a university lecturer for 25 years, and my mother is a 65-year-old woman. We are both very respectful people and would never cause any trouble. Because of this unfair treatment, I will never go back to this hotel. As I mentioned earlier, they had already doubled the price for non-stayers the day before. I have a question for the hotel management: If you don't want external customers, why don't you terminate your agreement with the discount website? In this way, we wouldn't be EMBARASSED and choose another hotel!!!

Great hotel with amazing staff in a great location. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of variety of cold and hot food.
Cannot go wrong staying here while in Ankara.

Great value, good location, 5-star service

Excellent hotel and a great value. Everything 5-star including room, breakfast, service (We had to leave early so they packed us a sandwich). Good location with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes nearby. Three miles from the bus station, half—hour from the airport.
