Excellent hotel

Such a beautiful hotel with everything. You''re already feeling well with its modern design at the entrance and warm smile from the staff.
Their rooms are spotlessly clean and their beds are very comfortable. And their breakfast was delicious.

Nice Hotel

We stayed for 1 night for a school trip. The food was good. The breakfast was above my expectations. A new and clean hotel. The employees are helpful and well-intentioned in every way. If I ever come to Çanakkale, I would like to stay again. You can choose it without thinking.

This is a moderate hotel, relatively new and well maintained.

This is a moderate hotel, relatively new and well maintained. It is located at the side of the main thoroughfare, but not too close to the city centre and the port. The hotel is relative cozy but well maintained; the room is standard sized and comfortably furnished for a good night sleep.

I definitely recommend it. The staff is friendly, I would like to thank especially the receptionist Mr. Hasan, he is very attentive. The breakfast was also very good, the rooms were clean and it was a very warm hotel, the service quality was excellent, as were the staff.

Comfortable Modern rooms

Exterior of hotel didn't impress upon arrival and neither did the lobby area. Only one young man available to help with luggage and an older gentleman who appeared to be the manager to check everyone in. The guest room was a pleasant surprise and far surpassed initial impressions, being large , newly decorated with a modern bathroom and rainfall shower. Both wifi and air conditioning worked well.
Dinner was included in our package but seemed rather amateur. No choice for starter, a bowl of soup was simply brought out and served, followed by a choice of chicken and another dish, finished of with dessert which again was just served with no option.
The restaurant only had the young guy who was acting as bellboy upon to carry out waiter duties and didn't offer drinks despite a bar area being just a few metres away. We did eventually manage to get a beer, but couldn't be bothered a second attempt. I think the hotel is missing out on an earning opportunity and could sell plenty of soft drinks and/or alcohol should they bring in another staff member to man the bar and offer drinks to the guests . Breakfast buffet was very limited.
