Sunday Best

Had a lovely weekend in Holmfirth staying at The Elephant and Castle. We received a friendly welcome on arrival. We had a fab Sunday lunch prepared by Andy. Food was piping hot, plentiful, and very, very good. And those Yorkshire puds! ❤️ The room was warm, comfortable, and very clean. It was a great place to stay and very handy for the Picturedrome, where we saw the awesome Dare. Breakfast the next day was served by lovely Libby and again prepared by Andy. Just what we needed to set us up for the day. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back. Thanks again for a great stay, especially Libby, who was very attentive.

Excellent place to stay

excellent place to stay. nice and central for the Pcturedome which was our reason for the trip. room beautifully refurbished and spotless. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. fantastic breakfast for all our party of 8 efficiently served and served with a smile

Lovely place to stop for a gig in Holmfirth, bang in the centre of town, welcoming and lively pub downstairs, reasonably priced drinks and food, the room was small but cosy, and had everything we needed, including Hot drinks and biscuits, a large tv, and toilet/shower. It was very quiet, and had a great sleep in the comfy bed, breakfast was spot on as well, definitely returning.
