Good hotel in strategic area

English style hotel, small but comfortable rooms... there is everything you need and they are clean. Quality price we are, it is very close to the Queensway Underground and a stone's throw from Kensington Palace. Close to the hotel, great restaurants and shopping.

It was in a excellent location and Paddington station was a 10 minute walk away which was convenient. There’s a number of things I hope the hotel can change. First the mirror is placed in such a place where you can’t even see yourself, maybe invest in long mirrors that is towards the window for better lighting. Second the room gets hot and there was just a small air conditioner but the back vent is meant to face outside of the window but that was not possible. The bathroom, I think soap is very outdated and unhygienic maybe invest in dispensing soap. Overall I honestly did like it, it’s just the little things that could make such a big difference. The elevator is a tad ridiculous though haha I could not believe how tiny.

Convenient location, clean, great breakfast

Convenient hotel close to Metro and train (Queensway, Paddington, Bayswater). Clean. Rooms not large but comfortable. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. A special thanks to the breakfast girl who spoke in Italian.

This is the third time we have been to this hotel and it is still as good. The service is perfect and it is well located in a quiet area of Paddington. The breakfast room is small and when there are people you have to wait but the staff is well organized. We'll be right back.
