Unique experience

The location was fantastic. The bar closed early so we didn't get our free drinks. The bathroom could use some attention, sink drained slow and the shower head had some build-up causing poor spray pattern. Walking distance to cloud gate and theaters!9

Sure the room was great, but it’s the hospitality that makes the difference.

We had such an exceptional stay here. From our very late night/early morning arrival due to a train delay - and our warm greeting from Nef, to the desk staff the following morning who watched over our bags, helped us call a taxi, and gave us some care. This is a place that understands hospitality. Thank you. We will be back.

Hospitable Staff

The hotel was clean, restaurant very nice, rooms were clean and we needed everything and staff was very nice, attentive and helpful. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The internet wi-fi didn’t work but the front desk informed everyone and refunded the resort fee to compensate. Two free drinks as a welcome gift is a nice touch. Very memorable experience

Stay at Staypineapple!

I always choose Staypineapple when available and this trip proves why. Darnell and the staff are exceptional, the hotel is perfectly positioned, and the fun and gracious atmosphere makes for a delightful stay.
The Reliance building is beautiful and full of design history which adds to the experience.

Stayed here 3 nights and was a great room and nearby places. My colleague had a chance to walk to the theatre to see a show. Neighborhood a tad unsafe at night but manageable
