We went for a quick family get-a-way for shopping and a spa nearby. Pleasantly surprised at how cool this facility is. Very nice staff, though had little interaction since everything was perfect. Great location for enjoying nearby shopping and dining.

Family Staycation

This is a lovely hotel! Modern yet cozy with great amenities. Our room was clean and spacious. Perfect for us to spread out. Customer service is top tier. LA, the front desk manager, made our family staycation it that much more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring restaurants and bars. we will be returning once the weather breaks.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great experience, the showers are really nice and it had a nice atmosphere. The location is 15-30 mins from king of Prussia, Philadelphia city center so it’s great if you don’t want to drive around the city but be close enough to go as an option. Near the hotel there’s a bunch of little cafes and restaurants. Also having Hook & Ladder in the restaurant is super convenient. Great place, overall

Funky Firehouse Turned Hotel

Generally speaking, this Hilton is a very cool location. It was built around the old firehouse and the decor embraces its history with touches of memorabilia and funky throwbacks turned modern. The staff is very welcoming. The location is easy to access right off of the highway and a good proximity to the city of Philadelphia without having to pay downtown prices.
Opportunities for improvement….The pillow selection wasn’t great….all flat feathers with no other option. Only two towels in the room, not enough for a couple with a lot of wet hair in my opinion. Obviously I could’ve called the desk for more, but when you’re already in the shower, it’s a little too late. Small conveniences make a difference.
The main issue that contributed to my rating was that the duvet cover was not actually put on the duvet. Housekeeping laziness? It was just laying on top of the bed, tucked in, but not on and covering the comforter. The idea of coming in direct contact with a comforter that other people use kind of disgusted me. I was too tired to put it on myself. Please make the bed properly! Everything else was great.

Very nice hotel. Good location with F&B amenities nearby. Service was fine but I wouldn’t say friendly.
