Staff was super friendly and seemed motivated to make sure we had a great experience. Room was amazing, didnt want to leave. Bar/Restaurant also had good food and excellent service. Can spend the entire weekend here no problem.

The hotel is very nice and has great views from many of the rooms. The staff at the restaurant were more than friendly and the food was perfect. Unfortunately our premium room was next to the elevator shaft which made loud noise all night. The following morning I asked for a different room and was given the same room location, but on the other side of the elevator shaft. After this we ended up at a third room across the way which was a bit quieter, however the heater was broken. We called to have it fixed and the service person came up, fixed it, but did not close our room door. The hotel did adjust part of our bill and did leave us a food plate and bottle of wine, but I really just wanted them to say sorry. Sorry for a lost night of sleep on my vacation and for so many issues. I wrote an email to the general manager but he would not get back to me and I only spoke with the same person who I had the issues with all along. Again, he never apologized and I wonder if he was on vacation and had the same issues, would be want to be treated how I was? Many other people in line were treated with a large amount of respect and kindness, this was not the case with me. I hope if you stay at this hotel, you can get a room far from the elevators.

Overall great stay. Disliked the internet setup and we were unable to use our own streaming without a fee. Disappointing. For the upscale of the hotel. Connecting to our own streaming service should have been ver easy and smooth.
Also valet forgot to give my daughter her car key..she was lucky they called me to let us know before she stopped her car for gas. Would have been bad for her being very pregnant and no way to get keys to her. ?!?

We loved our stay! Customer service was absolutely wonderful before we even arrived. . Highly recommend the suite with the juliet balcony. Our room was like a quiet escape - even with the fact that the hotel itself was full of little hockey players and their families, cheerleaders in town for a competition, and a wedding party. Once the door closed it was likwe we were in a secluded spot. Peaceful and comfy. Bartenders were friendly and great - even when they were busy. Valet attendant jumped to help me with my luggage so kindly. Only complaints really would be that room service was not available mid day on a Saturday, and the front desk couldn't be reached on the room phone. BUT they did keep in touch by text and answered any question I had promptly and were very helpful.
