Worst Best Western I've ever stayed at.

First time in over twenty years I've stayed at Best Western again and Will never stay at another one. Only went there because we were having problems trying to find a hotel traveling south for thanksgiving with our pet. You can only stay in the rooms that are pet friendly rooms and if you have a pet in any other room that is not pet friendly it's a 250 dollar fine. The lounge chair was stained with something so we didn't use it and one of the queen bed sheets had blood stain on it so we didn't use it either. Very dirty room lounge chair should be thrown away. Breakfast was cold.

I’m pretty sure the front desk guy was high. For some reason, my Hotels.com reservation was not coming through and the gentleman at the front desk was not very helpful. I asked for a first floor room and he gave us a second floor room without even explaining it or talking it over with me. Everything else was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

There was left over pizza in the bed, it looked like poorly cleaned up puke in the shower and there were bugs in the bathroom.

The water pressure was HORRIBLE! And then the drain was a slow drain as well. Other than those two things, I can say my stay was ok.

Lack of Customer Service

Could not get my room cleaned or supplies without going to front desk to request towels and coffee when I stayed 20+ days. Due to working hours I left each morning before breakfast was served yet asking for coffee packets for my room coffee maker was too much. I had to go to desk to get clean towels almost daily.
