Fantastic Staff - Very clean, comfy, and worth the price

This place was great! The staff were fantastic! So helpful! Only complaint: the fridge I was told is a cooler and for those of us road-tripping and not eating out much, a true mini-fridge with even a tiny freezer helps make the traveling more affordable.

Parking on the Friday was challenging. The only spots when I got back to the hotel after my event were in the back which isn’t so bad but the lighting was not good. For safety reasons I parked at the hotel next door

Dirty room, rude front desk

Vanessa at the front desk was completely rude and unhelpful as she rolled her eyes in response to a simple question. Upon entry to our room the bathroom had not been cleaned as hair was still all over the floor. We were told the hotel was sold out so changing rooms was not possible.

Roaches

Stay away from room 304! The bathroom is infested with baby roaches. We quietly complained-m, moved rooms and received a free night but the worst part about it - an employee told us later that this is a known problem for that room since someone stayed in it after the hurricane. WE WERE PUT IN A ROOM THEY KNEW HAD A ROACH PROBLEM!!!!!
