Front desk and check in was great. The hotel was good but rough around the edges. Our room had items left by the last occupant and clear signs that repairs were in progress. The heating/cooling unit also did not seem to work. The property itself is in a good location and the price was good.

Bare bones hotel. Some websites say it has a restaurant and business center, it doesn't.
My room's chair was broken, I had no hot water and low water pressure and even though the hotel was far from booked, they put noisy people right next door. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were flat and offered no support,
I woke up with a headache both mornings. When I complained, all they offered was a small discount next time I booked there. I told them I wouldn't be staying there again!

The people were very friendly, my room was clean and smelled very nice. The only complaint I have is the pillows were not comfortable, other than that everything was wonderful. I would definitely stay again when I go back to Delaware.

Baymont Inn and Suites review.

Yes, the pillows are the fluffiest and the bed inviting. The bed is also comfortable. The rooms are what one would expect for business class. The breakfast is a bonus. The staff is friendly and accomodating. And the location is perfect, you can access I-95 quickly and go to venues in Wilmington, Philadelphia, Atlantic city, Lancaster, PA and all points North. University of DE is nearby and there is no shortage of events at the Carpenter center and Field house.

Had a very nice stay. I don't know the girls name but I'm sure you can find who checked me in. She was great. After a 5 hour drive she made the process seamless and quick. I also work for Wyndham so if you have incentives for people being mentioned in a survey I'd really like to see her appreciated. Great with people.
