Worst Comfort Inn I’ve ever seen.
We had a 2 queen room booked for 2 nights. Was in area for work and this seemed good location for several places I needed to visit for work.
Check in was good. Clerk was polite and everything was easy. Room did not look like pictures but we were ok. One TV was perched on tiny round end table. Remote did not work. Used one from other tv. Only a desk chair. It was way too low for desk. Went to from desk and clerk gave a metal chair to take to room. At least something to set laptop on or sit in to put shoes and socks on. No USB outlets. One night stand in each room. Really poor lighting. Sat in middle of bed with laptop and tried to do some work. WIFI was average. Cane in from next day of work. Neither room key worked. GM Ms Boone was nice and fixed keys
Curtains were torn, stained and nasty. Due to tares could barely get closed for privacy.
Hate to think when carpet was cleaned last. Door
facings were dirty. Window screens and screens full of dead bugs.
Shower rod secured with a scrap chip board
Plans changed to depart early Friday due to travel and snow. Had packed most everything for departure. Figured I’d just use shampoo provided. It was empty. Had to get out dripping wet to go get some from luggage. Needed a tissue. There were 2. The TP must been the cheapest thing ever. Awful! Back to checkout when I said shampoo needed refilled he told me I should have come down and got some. Yes, wet At 4:30 am I’m going to do that?
We live in very cold and snowy US. Chose this over another hotel as indoor pool looked wonderful. It was closed. Something about pump.
