Room smelled like smoke. Bobby pin on the floor at end of bed, vaping device on the floor between the two beds! Clearly had not been vacuumed.

Concert goers…here’s a great place to stay!

Highly recommend this hotel! From the warm welcome from Des at the front desk…to the clean, updated suite with all you could need & more (microwave/coffee maker/full-size refrigerator/dishes/comfortable accommodations/parking)…to a very nice complimentary breakfast. My sister & I met & stayed here to go to a concert together at the Colonial Life Arena which was a convenient drive from the hotel. I will be using this hotel for any future events I attend there. Bravo TP Suites Columbia West!

No Thank You

Horrible service!
The lady who checked me in was unpleasant and demanded my ID and credit card (two things that aren’t required for higher level elite members, especially when you book via their app).
A second lady remained mute when I asked her for extra towels. No “hello” “how may I help you?” Nothing. I would’ve thought she was disabled if I hadn’t heard her chatting with some man moments earlier.
Lastly, I requested a change of linen and they REFUSED to assist me unless I left the room. I’ve been a Marriott elite member for nearly a decade and have never heard of such. It makes me believe they might have the intention of going through my belongings because why do I have to leave the room just so you can change the bedding? Never staying here again and looking for alternative accommodations right now.

I am so sorry you were inconvenienced with showing your ID and method of payment. That is a required policy to prevent any fraudulent activity to protect you as I have seen plenty in my 5 years of hospitality management. I also apologize you think someone is disabled because they are training. Lastly, It is policy since covid epidemic that you exit the room while the housekeeper cleans your room in peace. We do not go thru your belongings ma'am. We do our job and clean the room and go to the next one. I tried calling you 4 times as well yesterday to rectify this situation.

The room was very impressive. Large. Clean. Water pressure in shower. Full kitchen. Will definitely return.
