Amazing location

Amazing location, the loveliest staff and wonderful buffet breakfast. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for more
Easy to walk to the centre of town, great restaurants and main attractions. It is 50m from the amazing Pizza 4P restaurant! Highly recommend staying there!

Wonderful Hanoi experience

The rooms are cool, spacious with all the amenities you need including free water and coffee restocked daily. Walking distance to many local sites and great views from the penthouse breakfast room! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and included freshly squeezed juice and made to order omelets. The staff anticipated our every need and arranged our Halong Bay tour(I’m happy I went with their recommendation as it was the perfect pace). Lastly, the transport arrangements to and from the airport saved a lot of headache and stress with no more expense than a regular taxi.
100% recommend this hotel for cleanliness, value, and service.

Staff was friendly. Location was good. Our first night the tv remote did not work and there was gum on the hallway carpet. The free breakfast was average. I had diarrhea after the breakfast. The free bottled water offered I suspected was reused tap water. The value was overall decent.

Great location in the old part of the city

A great find in the historic part of the city. Felt more like staying with family than in a hotel; everyone was so friendly, helpful and they remember your name! Rooms were large and clean and the hotel is in a great location on what is a side street that is so close to great local food outlets, bars and restaurants. A 5 min walk to the lake and on Fridays and weekends when the roads are closed off it’s a great place to walk.

Charming hotel and super helpful staff

Very charming hotel, lovely well-sized rooms and excellent staff who assisted us with tour arrangements and recommendations. Staff were super helpful and responsive. Very well located, we enjoyed the fact it was quietly situated just off the major noisy/busy streets in the Old Quarter.
