Wonderful hotel and lovely staff

We had a lovely stay, Linda, Daniel and Alan were very helpful. The room was listed as windowless however we were pleasantly surprised to have. Beautiful light filled room with high ceilings. It was a lovely surprise and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooftop pool was one of the best we experienced during our stay . Would stay again

Our first visit to Ho Chi Minh City

The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The checkin and checkout was smooth and easy. The hotel was nearby many restaurants, coffee cafes, shops and leisure spas. I enjoyed my staff with my family and will definitely come back again.

Great hotel which is at the moment very affected by the nearby construction noise. The rooms are reasonably sound isolated, but sleeping is near impossible without earphones if you are a light sleeper, with the construction work continuing every night until 3 or 4 AM.

Great Hotel in a good Location!

The Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam was located in a very good central location in the downtown area. It was close to restaurants & shopping. The room was large & the bed was very comfortable. The shower door was a little quirky, as it served for both the shower door & entry door to the bathroom. The carpet in the room was dated and needs to be replaced. A big bonus was that bottled water, soft drinks, snacks & beer were replenished daily and were complimentary! The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices & was delicious & well displayed. I was traveling solo with a tour group. I would highly recommend this hotel and would select this hotel for future visits to the city.

The staff is polite. They provide us early check in. Ms. Mia is very cooperative. Restaurant is good and the Ambience is decent. Hope we'll enjoy our stay here. They also provide room upgradation if they have. Looking forward to visit again.
